Somewhere deep in our family roots

there is a passion for the experience. For family, for time around the table, for putting the guest on a pedestal. In the Canlis family home, the dinner table was the center of everything! When guests joined our table, they became the centerpiece. Escaping ourselves, we communed together. Time well spent.

Today, only the scale has changed. Instead of one table we have 35. Instead of one guest or two, there are many guests we invite to dinner every night. An invitation to a family tradition.
