Reserving the Caché is as simple as a phone call to the Canlis main line at 206.283.3313 to request your special evening. We’ll ask for your credit card information at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. A room charge of $150.00 will be added to the cost of your meal.

Cancellations made within two days of the reservation will result in the room charge of $150.00 billed to your credit card.
