Reserving the Caché is as simple as a phone call to the Canlis main line at 206.283.3313 to request your special evening. We’ll ask for your credit card information at the time of booking, and an itemized receipt will be discretely mailed the day after you dine. No-price menus will be presented unless regular menus are requested. A room charge of $150.00, a $5 car valet charge and a 20% service charge on your food and beverage purchases will be added to the cost of your meal.

Cancellations made within two days of the reservation will result in the room charge of $150.00 billed to your credit card.
