Assistant Wine Director:
Canlis Restaurant seeks a highly motivated wine professional to join our award-winning wine team. Prospective candidates should be passionate in all areas of service, expert in international wine and beverage, and knowledgeable in world cuisine. Our new Assistant Wine Director will be influential in all aspects of the wine department and should be eager to grow existing foundations while developing a team of enthusiastic service professionals.
